Image via WikipediaThis December 2, 2011, Pasay City will celebrate its 148th foundation anniversary known as Pasay City Day (Araw ng Pasay). This day is a Special Non-working Holiday for the employees of Pasay City. This is approved by virtue of proclamation number 294 signed by President Noynoy Aquino.However, to those employees who will render service on this day will receive corresponding compensation as mandated by the law.
