The Department of Education (DepEd) has formally announced that there THERE WILL BE CLASSES TODAY, AUGUST 3, 2011 from pre-school to high-school level both private and public schools all over the Metro Manila.
The decision was reached based on the 2AM report from the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
PAGASA also reminds the public to bring umbrellas and other rain protection.
